One Step Care is a contemporary organisation that provides support services to people living with a disability with respect, courtesy and dignity. The Support Worker position provides direct support to assist people in home care. 
Provide direct support in core areas:

●	Personal Assistance: In support of the client’s support plan, assist with toileting, hygiene, showering/bathing, dressing, grooming, lifting, use of mobility equipment and other tasks such as assisting with aids or eating meals.
●	Domestic Assistance: In support of the client’s care plan, undertake household duties namely vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry, cleaning of bathroom and toilet, food preparation and shopping assistance.
●	Social Support: Provide assistance to help service users maintain a social life within their home or accessing community based social services in meeting their need for social interaction and engagement. 
●	Transport: Provide transport to help service users to access medical and specialist appointments, social outings, shops and the community.
