 Increase your knowledge and Skills to manage your mental health.

• Develop Wellbeing, Recovery and Safety Plans if needed.

 • Create a personalised Mental Health tool kit 

• Link you with Recovery Focused Support Groups or other mental health peers, mentors/ support workers. 

• Communicate and liaise with your Allied Health Team or Connect you with the relevant professionals.
