NDIS Support Coordination Services - Level 2 - Coordination of Supports

Community Access & Social Participation - Outings/events

Able Aide delivers engaging Social & Community Participation (SCCP) support to help participants build confidence, stay connected and enjoy meaningful activities in their community. We assist with accessing social groups, hobbies, appointments, events, classes, recreation and community programs.

Our support workers encourage independence while providing friendly companionship and guidance. Whether you want to join local activities, develop social skills, try something new, or simply feel more connected, we tailor supports to your interests and goals. From everyday outings to special events, Able Aide helps you participate in life your way โ€” safely, confidently and with choice.

Personal Care & Daily Living Support - Personal Care

Able Aide provides personalised Assistance with Daily Living (ADL) to help participants maintain independence, comfort and safety in their everyday routines. Our support workers offer respectful, hands-on assistance with personal care, grooming, showering, dressing, meal preparation, medication prompting, mobility support, continence care and household tasks.

We understand that everyoneโ€™s needs are different, which is why we tailor our ADL support to your preferences, cultural needs and daily goals. Whether you require a little help or full daily assistance, our caring team ensures you feel supported, respected and in control. Our focus is always on promoting confidence, independence and dignity in your daily life.
